Now It's Time for International Students to Apply for January/May/September 2026!

Application Process

Step #1

Make sure you meet the admission requirements

and track of all deadlines

for the programs of your choice!​

Step #2
Gather the required documents and submit

your application from the official Canadian College/University website.

Step #3

Once you have applied, we encourage you to explore

the scholarships and

awards available to

incoming international students. ​

Step #4

After you apply and submit

all your documents, you

wait for an admission decision. Do not forget to check your application status!

Step #5

Once you receive an admission offer, you must accept it and pay the tuition deposit by the deadline stated in the Application Portal.

Now it's time to prepare all the required documents and apply for a Student

Visa!

Admission requirements are determined by your educational background and the program(s) you are applying to. Admission requirements vary greatly between colleges and types of programs. Meeting minimum requirements only establishes eligibility for consideration. Meeting these minimum requirements does not guarantee admission. 

General admission requirements  for Bachelor's Degree Programs (conditions depend on the program)

Bachelor's Degree Programs (4 years)

  • You must demonstrate English language proficiency

      - IELTS Minimum score required: 6.5

      - TOEFL  Minimum score required: 86-88

      - Duolingo English Test: Minimum overall  score of 115-120.

  • You must meet one of these two requirements:

    1. the general admission requirement based on your country of study - Secondary (high) school diploma or equivalency certificate of person
      or

    2. the general admission requirement based on your curriculum of study (International Baccalaureate (IB) or British patterned Education (GCE)) and

  • You must meet program-specific requirements based on program(s) of choice:

     - Minimum Average: 70% -75% in Calculus & Vectors or Advanced

       Functions,  Chemistry, Computer or other courses  (depends on the

       program).  

General admission requirements  for Master's Degree Programs (conditions depend on the program)

Master's Degree Programs (2 years) (Course -Based)

  • You must demonstrate English language proficiency

      - IELTS Minimum score required: 6.5-7.5

      - TOEFL  Minimum score required: 88-100

      - Duolingo English Test: Minimum overall  score of 120-130.

  • A 75% - %78 overall standing or equivalent, in a relevant four-year honours bachelor's degree or equivalent is the minimum requirement for admission to a master's program for applicants educated outside of Canada.

  • Resume

  • Supplementary information form (SIF)

  • The SIF contains questions specific to your program, typically about why you want to enrol and your experience in that field. Review the application documents web page for more information about this requirement.

  • Transcript(s)

  • References - Three references are required; at least two from academic sources.​

Master's Degree Programs (2 years) (Thesis -Based)

  • ​In addition to the above requirements for admission, at the time of admission, each student must have a faculty supervisor who has endorsed the recommendation for admission.
