Admission requirements are determined by your educational background and the program(s) you are applying to. Admission requirements vary greatly between colleges/universities and types of programs. Meeting minimum requirements only establishes eligibility for consideration. Meeting these minimum requirements does not guarantee admission.
General admission requirements for College Programs (conditions depend on the program)
Diploma (2 years)/ Advanced Diploma
(3 years) Programs

You must demonstrate English language proficiency
- IELTS Minimum score required: 6.0
- TOEFL Minimum score required: 80-86
- Duolingo English Test: Minimum overall score of 105-115.

You must meet one of these two requirements:

the general admission requirement based on your country of study - Secondary (high) school diploma or equivalency certificate of person
or -
the general admission requirement based on your curriculum of study (International Baccalaureate (IB) or British patterned Education (GCE)) and

You must meet program-specific requirements based on program(s) of choice:
- Minimum Average: 65% -70% in Calculus & Vectors or Advanced Functions, Chemistry, Computer or other courses (depends on the program).
Bachelor's Degree Programs (3/4 years)

- TOEFL Minimum score required: 86-88
- Duolingo English Test: Minimum overall score of 115-120.

You must demonstrate English language proficiency
- IELTS Minimum score required: 6.5-7.5
- TOEFL Minimum score required: 88-100
- Duolingo English Test: Minimum overall score of 120-130.

A 75% - %78 overall standing or equivalent, in a relevant four-year honours bachelor's degree or equivalent is the minimum requirement for admission to a master's program for applicants educated outside of Canada.

In addition to the above requirements for admission, at the time of admission, each student must have a faculty supervisor who has endorsed the recommendation for admission.
